They took the order and on window they said they don?t have items that I ordered. They don?t have any replacement either

Worst experience ever. Asked three times for a simple modification to my breakfast sandwich and they still got it wrong.
Unfortunately, you can't place a mobile order at this location. It's an inconvenience when on a long drive; I like the... convenience of placing my order online beforehand, and then I just need send my older kids to pick up the order, while I takecare of my younger kids and hurry back on the road (multi-tasking).
