I am firmly of the opinion that for the great cost that it takes to travel out to venues for meals overall (time, travel, fuel,... meal, taxes, etc.). So here?s my rating: * Cost and Value While costs may appear higher, with rising expenses world-wide andthe food industry being at a delicate hub between the need to pay quality employees and grapple with diverse food sourcingchallenges, I found the meal size excellent, filling and well worth the price tag! * Customer Service Our server was witty,friendly, cooperative, conversational and helpful. We were served VERY promptly after ordering, (though it was a quieter time),and our individual requests honoured and very well served for this style of place. We tried for brunch over the weekend but ran into an hour wait. DH tried to see how to make a reservation online but failed, so... we decided to wing it. Weekday breakfast was only a 5 min wait. Food delivery after ordering was not the zippiest but arrivedhot and all together. Customizations were accurate and everyone enjoyed their meals. Read more
What an interesting and surprising spot. I came for breakfast and left elated. I had a scramble thing which was heaven on a... plate. The hollandaise sauce came out of a whip cream dispenser. Need I say more? You would have thought it was dispensed fromthe nipple of Jesus Christ himself. The atmosphere was one of the best I?ve experienced for brunch, ever. Warm and inviting,and courteous and genuinely kind staff, even the lovely chef who checked in with us behind the bar top with a big smile. We knew this was going to be a great breakfast place the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is very cozy and unique with... really neat accents, like the old records (Abba, CCR etc), wood and brick finishing, unique light fixtures etc. We were greetedas soon as we arrived and offered coffee - very friendly and quick service. The menu has a great variety of items witheverything you'd want for breakfast - including some unique combinations that create some amazing taste sensations! I had thespecial which was a chorizo, bacon, tomato waffle breakfast sandwich - which I would definitely order again.
