Do not order takeout from this restaurant. Details below. Incredibly frustrating experience with this place. It pains me to... write this review because the food is actually decent, I have no objections to that. We're attempted to order takeout from thisplace several times, and we've run into countless issues: - Called in an order, they gave a time estimate, we showed up andthey had no record of our order. Nothing was written down, nothing sent to the kitchen. Had to wait 30+ minutes for them tore-take the order and make it. No apology or compensation was offered. - Multiple (5+) occasions of order being preparedincorrectly. Entire meals (!!!) missing from the order, and we've had to go back several times in order to have them make themissing food. To be absolutely clear, I wouldn't be writing this if it was just a one-off mistake, but there is some kind ofsystemic issue of disorganization with this establishment. I would estimate 90%+ of our orders to this place have had somethingmaterial go wrong that has left us extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Some serious overhaul of their system or additionalstaff training is sorely needed. We've raised this issue with them multiple times, but they either don't care or are notadequately addressing the issue. If you dine in, you probably won't have any issue. But if you order take out, you better beprepared to open every packet in front of them in the restaurant, because that's the only way you're going to guarantee they'renot going to make some kind of mistake. Without a doubt the best fish n chips for the value out there! Good size pieces of fish and the hand cut chips are the best I've... ever had! The service is friendly and very fast! I've had fish n chips all over Canada and Europe and this might be some of thebest I've ever had. Read more
Fish was flat and tasteless. Chips were very small and looked like they were from the bottom of store bought frozen chip bag.... Actually have had better frozen fries. Not much personality in that place. First and last time there. What a disappointment.Expensive when half gets thrown ln the garbage. Read more

Been wanting to come here for awhile. When the family came on Saturday for dinner it did not disappoint. It was quite busy but... we were able to get a table right away. Our server was super friendly and nice. After looking through the menu we decided toget the all you can eat. It was really good. Batter was just right - not greasy. And the fish was flakey. Fries had the rightamount of crisp and were not soggy. We also ordered large coleslaw and mushy peas to share. Coleslaw was normal but the mushypeas were great. My daughter who has never had that really liked it and so we have a convert! Our server came by a few timesasking if we wanted more fish before we were finished our current plate which is great so no waiting. The tartar sauce was sogood that I used up the whole bottle! We had a great meal and will be back next time we are through Kelowna. Read more
