Extremely dirty store. Trash on the floor, dust on the counters, floor unswepped and clearly not mopped for a while. Paint is... chipping off the walls and it just generally looks run-down. Music is far too loud and staff can't hear you, they all speak waytoo quietly and don't listen to what you say. Staff are friendly but unknowledgeable and give poor service. Had to repeat anorder of 3 items several times and had a question about a 4th item that didn't get answered. I was originally served by Keely,but he had to get help from someone else for the order, I'm not sure if he was training - there wasn't any indication he was. Iordered two smoothies and a panini. I got one smoothie and a panini, waited several minutes, and a third friendly staff wasapologetic about forgetting it and halfway through making it Keely said he didn't ring in my second smoothie. There was a lineand I just left. Very happy with my order it tasted great and was refreshing, but the owner doesn't seem to care about thisplace - there's been several comments about the uncleanliness and poor service and yet nothing's been done. Hi-impact acai w/energy bosster. Substitute whey for Soy protein, yogurt for peach sorbet! Dary free high calorie!
I go here from time to time when I'm feeling like something healthier, though the actual healthy options are too limited... Most... menu items are very sweet or rely on sorbet fillers that are also sweetened. There's also a focus on bodybuilding proteins butnot much support for other diets, like for diabetics. I miss Jugo Juice. Booster Juice needs a major menu refresh to stayrelevant! Read more
