It's the most disappointing place ever. My whole order was cold at 6.30 in morning. And i ordered toasted bagel they gave me not... melted cold cheese. This Tim Hortons location went above and beyond when there was a delivery issue. Even though they had no control over the... delivery person delivering the order to the wrong address, they took action with Tim Hortons corporate to facilitate a refundand suggested steps to resolve the issue quickly. This restaurant should do drive through only until they are able to keep up with in-store orders and maintain an acceptable... level of cleanliness. I have been here twice over the past few days and both times I was surprised by how tissues and wrappersare left on the floor and most of the tables are covered in crumbs. Yes they have COVID policies posted on the door, but despiteonly having half of the seating capacity available, it's clear that tables are not being sanitized or even cleaned betweencustomers.
