The big wait in the line up was at the other end for food. 3 people ahead were still waiting for their simple orders before us,... as well their Frosty Machine broke down, so if you ordered a Frosty your food left with you just as cold. Others demanded havingtheir food redone, but this made us 30minutes late for our appointment, so couldn't be bothered! Read more
I wish the hours of this restaurant were accurately posted online. I showed up at 12:35am because the online hours showed they... were open until 1:00am. The worker blatantly ignored my vehicle in the drive through. When I knocked and got his attention heinformed me they were closed, no biggie. I asked him what time he closed and he said midnight. I then asked him if he knew thatthe online hours were incorrect, and asked him to ask his higher up manager to change it to avoid future confusion as I hadjust driven quite some time to specifically get Wendys. He then gave me the middle finger as I was driving away when he thoughtI wasn?t looking. To his surprise, I went through the drive through once again and asked about his finger- he denied it all. Itold him he sucked and went on my way. A change in your front of house would very much benefit the establishment. The manworking august 24th at 12:35 pm should be seriously reprehended. We arrived at 18:10 Saturday night and waited over 30 minutes in the store lineup. There was one person taking orders, however,... Skip the Dishes orders appeared to take priority over the guests waiting in line. They were taking orders in line about 10minutes or longer apart from each other. Not impressed! We have never waited in line this long without service in a restaurantbefore. Awful service! Staff were clearly overwhelmed. Bathrooms were out of order - no signage indicating so. They advised itwas due to a water problem. Likely the same reason why there was water pooled on the floor in the kitchen where staff wereassembling burgers.
