I went through the drive-thru today where I was served by the manager. He was incredibly rude and disregarding. While I have... incredible patience with people, his complete lack of regard to human decency was quite appalling. I will make the drive to adifferent location next time just to avoid an encounter as such. Read more

First, I get that this is the first job for many. However, I place an order which is entered wrong. I double check at the... window and was told I ordered a big mac combo when I most definitely did not. Then, after giving my coupon and having my wrongorder cancelled, I get charged full price for the right combo. Why? The 'qp meal is expensive' she says. 'Well I gave you acoupon so it should be $6.99' I say. 'The coupon stays with me', she replies (huh??). Ok so are we not using the couponanymore? It was far too painful to worry about the $5 savings at that point so I just moved on with life. Bottom line, awfulservice and clearly not well trained.
