I work around there, and frequently I go there for my quick lunch; sometimes, the people in the drive-thru make mistakes and... give me wrong order; they need to put attention to their staff; it looks like they don't have enough English and also the placeis dirty versus with another Timis....but a BREAD EXPIRES, omg! This is so bad; my coworker told me about this because it wasthe same with his ?sandwich.? When I checked mine????????????, it was unbelievable! I visited this location 3 days in a row and they continuously mess up my order. First time I got a coffee instead of my tea.... Second time they forgot the honey in my tea and the third they forgot the milk. Also, the order taker also keeps cutting me offwith ?is that all?? I guess timer over everything. Read more
Hi there, I did get my coffee, however I had ordered it through the app 10 minutes before I got there. When I arrived the store... was empty and staff was moving slowly. I said my phone order was not up. They went to the back and got me a phone. I said no Idon?t want a phone I put through a mobile order on my phone. They went to the computer, opened the screen and pulled off theorder. They then slowly made my coffee that she handed to me, no apology. I said to her that they need to pay attention tomobile orders because the reason people do them is they don?t have time to wait around. She then rolled her eyes and said theyare paying attention to it but their debit isn?t working and they just opened at 5 and they had to pull it from the computer.Obviously they aren?t paying attention if they missed it. I always go here with my friends, and we all love it! The seats are comfy, the tables are clean, and the food/drinks always... taste good! The only downside is that there's a lot of elderly there, and we had a creepy run-in with an older man not too longago. Read more
