Terrible experience again!! Wish I could post the picture. Ordered a large mocha latte and found a plastic piece in my drink,... called the store the manger was rude and dismissive didn't apologize, didn't even wanna hear my complaint, just went straight tosaying "we'll just replace it" before I even explained what had happened fully. Then when I went to claim my free beverage themanager on shift was different than on the phone and she called me a lair said I needed a receipt which they never give anyways.She was so rude literally yelling at me about it and in the end never got my free beverage and only got a refund of $2.60 centwhich wasn't the full price I ordered a large mocha latte and they are atleast $3+. The managers always treat people like thyerelying at this location when its actually them and their staff messing up! Read more

I only went to this particular location for the drive thru. Im visiting in town for the first time. I initially drive past... because the singage was very small and it is inside a 7-11. I had to go inside as I couldn't find the drive thru entrance. Read more
