This Tim Hortons has had particularly bad service multiple times. They never put whip cream on iced caps even after specifically... telling them to. They constantly give the wrong donuts. This case the grilled cheese was cold and the Boston cream was servedupside down with no cream inside. Read more

One star is generous. The soup was colored water with absolutely no flavor. The bun looked like it was ripped in half by hands... instead of cut as the two pieces were not even and they were squished (my wife and i each had a combo).
