I cannot explain the amount of shear pleasure the cheese burger and nuggets made me feel. This combo was like a rainbow... combustion on my taste buds. 100% would go again thank you McDonald's. This meal mended my relationship with McDonald's onceagain. Read more
What a disappointing meal. I don't think anything can be so disgusting as the meal we had today at this location. The restaurant... was closed I guess due to not enough workers. So you had to go through the drive-thru , we ordered and proceeded to the firstwindow which I don't know if they even understood the order it wasn't that hard. I had ordered the new chicken mccrispy and myhusband had ordered a quarter pounder no cheese. We got to the pay window and she said no cheese and we said yes no cheese andsaid something that the chicken had cheese on it which it does not we paid got our order and went and parked. I opened mychicken and was thoroughly disgusted it was an overcooked blackened piece of chicken maybe even a day or two old who knows itwas uneditable but I was not able to even go into the restaurant and complain because their door was locked see the photos Ihave posted. I'm glad this was just a restaurant we stopped in on our way through Kelowna. I think we should have driven toanother restaurant instead. The add doesn't even look like the chicken l ordered. We were told they were out of fries even though they kept serving fries other orders after ours right in front of our eyes after... waiting for 30 mins! We left without getting any food, did not offer any alternative. Really bad customer service experience. Read more
I ask the supervisor if they can replace the Fries, because its very salty? than before . the manager replied that i need to... be specific , because their fries is how it should be? very salty? . Ordered coffee and sundae, both were good. Service was good too, no issues. But I don't know for what reason they had a board... saying no refills. I didn't wanted but not sure why they were restricting others who might like to have. Moreover, there was nopop/ water dispenser. They also had so many cartons displayed on the right, which was so off putting for a restaurant. Read more
