Every single time I've been through this drive through in the past year, I'm asked to pull around. Even if I'm ordering french... fries. Today my family was forgotten about for 10 minutes. They weren't even sorry. WORST DRIVE THROUGH IN KELOWNA!!! DO NOTattend this drive through if you wish for fast experience. Be prepared to wait outside for 20 minutes while they forget aboutyou. Dining in I was sought out to move my vehicle due to their lack of planning for their truck coming in and was not even allowed... to finish our meal. Packed up lunch with my granddaughter of 3 who specifically wanted to dine in instead of doing drivethrough. Here first experience eating in a restaurant and even if it is fast food many memories was made at this store with mychildren and was hoping to start with her. When I worked there we preplanned and put out cones to block parking where the truckwould be. Lack of planning on their part should not constitute an emergency dump of our meal to appease their lack oforganization. Thank you for ruining our lunch. Read more
Well drive through had 10+vehicles so I did the proper thing and ordered inside for take out....took 15+ minutes and when I... walked out....zero vehicles in drive though. I expect at least a 2 to 1 customer service.....not a 10 to 1. Read more

Y'all really really need to give this whole place a GOOD thorough cleaning. It is disgracefully dirty. I have never seen a place... this dirty. I had to wash the table and benches before we could sit down even. If it hadn't been for my great niece, I wouldhave walked out. Y'all need to be better! Read more
