Waited 15 minutes in line for drive through and this rude white lady skipped our turn to take the order of a white man. I often... come to this location and the staff is very nice. However, this time this rude white lady was clearly being racist anddiscriminatory against us as she skipped our turn to order and laughed in our faces when we tried to order. I can?t believe Ihave to face racism in this day and age, especially from a grown lady. This location is one of the best ones however this rudebehaviour and racism cannot be acceptable and will eventually give this place a bad reputation if continued. Read more
We love Tim Hortons. French Vanilla is my favorite. This restaurant has both dine in and Drive through. However when my wife and... I need a break from the routine, we prefer dining in. They do provide high chairs for kids, so its comfortable for families withkids. Read more
Please stop putting a pound of butter on a cold bagel. Pretty sure this bagel was pre toasted since it was rock hard and room... temperature when I was handed it and the significant amount of butter refuses to melt. This is my second time being given abagel like this, this week. A plain bagel toasted with butter is the simplest order, doesn?t get easier on the toasted bagelfront really. The staff are friendly but this store is so extremely understaffed that you will wait upwards of 10-15 to receive your order... assuming they don't just completely forgot your order, which unfortunately has happened to me on several occasions. Thislocation has begun to improve with more timely food service and there are some front end staff actually expediting the processby keeping track of orders. Notable improvements in service.
