This was my first time ordering from Willy's and I decided to order online for the convenience. The app was easy to use and... placed my order no problem. Received an confirmation immediately that my pizza would be ready for pick-up in 30 minutes. When Iarrived there was a bit of confusion and I had to show the confirmation on my phone. Well it appears they missed my online orderbut apologized and got it in the oven immediately. What impressed me was the Manager / owner apologized and handed me a giftcertificate for the entire amount. I always believe you measure a business in how they handle adversity and difficult situationswith respect to their customers and Willy's went above and beyond!
