Waited 18 mins in the drive through with only 2 people ahead of me. When I finally go to the window I was not greeted or told... sorry for the wait. I was just told my total. I then had a hockey stick pushed towards me. It immediately tapped my card givingme no other choice. There was a note saying "NO TAP" on the machine. I said "well it looks like the tap went through" as themachine said "approved" The staff member then said " Yeah now our machine will crash and you just held up the whole restaurantfor 3 mins!" Okay waited at the window for 20 minutes. Very disorganized. Was asking For money for the next order to then realizing they... haven?t even given us are food yet.
