Inadequate. Inefficient, no attempt to move que, staff often chatting amongst each other/on their phones. Staff lack Product... knowledge. Products often unavailable. Orders often incorrect. By far the worst Starbucks in all of Kamloops. Read more

Ordered a coffee vanilla frap with no whipped cream. I ended up with a vanilla bean frap with whipped cream. Not what I asked... for. Sadly we ordered on Hey Chef so I wasn't able to say anything as my friend picked up the order. My friend also didn't wantwhipped cream and she got it. Not only that we were told we would get it by 9:30 but they didn't start making it until 9:33. Read more
