Extremely disorganized and poorly trained staff. Food was not great at all. The kids were supposed to eat free but we were... charged for their drinks they got pancakes that were burnt, and my husband got a side portion of poutine and was charged for afull portion. I got a club sandwich, not much of anything on the club barely a slice of turkey the tomatoes were paper thin andthe bacon was paper thin and only half a slice broke in half to cover both sides. Cold dead food and worst Customer service ever. Order wasn't prepared as per requested. Never had this experience ever. We were... not even done eating and the person started asking how you guys are paying. People sitting next table were done eating a whileago and the server didn't ask for the payment from the other table. The guy named YOGI judged our group from the moment weentered in the restaurant because we were wearing casual clothes. That is very disappointing that someone has to face such sortof RACISM. Worst dining experience. Food took too long to get delivered.reminded me of kitchen nightmares in many ways. Other people who... were there were getting their food compensated for the poor service and delay and the server yelling at the cooks asking howlong until the food is ready. My sons meal was not right when served and had to wait longer. My wifes meal was sub-par. Onepiece of bacon on sandwich broke in half and was thin and like cardboard. My poutine that should serve two adults was smallerthan my sons portion of fries that was a kids meal. I paid full price 8.99 even after mentioning about how small it was. It saidon the menu that it serves 2 people. My son ate all of his fries. So that being said it was enough for a four year old. Also hedid eat his burger once it arrived. Now for the grand slam of the worst of all bathrooms at a restaurant. Most disgusting ever.The restaurant should be condemned due the to lack of drainage. The toilet flagged off to not use and no drainage in theurinals. Negative 5 stars. Never going to Dennys ever again. Read more
