This is the best Tim Hortons in Kamloops. As a care worker, I often come here with disabled clients and they are always amazing.... Especially two staff in particular. Shelly and Robert. Robert was doing the cleaning in the lobby and said hi to one of myclients and then went out of his way and brought her over napkins and she lit right up was over the moon and couldn?t wait totell everybody. Shelly is very fast and efficient at her job and you can tell she knows what she?s doing, you never need torepeat your order, and she always gets it right. Great job guys! This is hands down the best Tim Hortons location I've ever been to. Service is consistently exemplary, and they always get my... order right. The owner and manager operate this business to a high standard and keep the environment clean and welcoming. I goout of my way to visit this location instead of others for the reasons mentioned above. Their system should be the model for allother Tim's locations. 10/10 Read more
