Staff was good and attentive, no service issues. Pretty fast drive through.
I payed for my order at 1st window pull to pick up order told my card was declined. I said no it went through. She replied no... declined. Okay so I paid again get order leave. After I eat I checked my bank account and I was charged twice for my order. Icalled spoke to manager she states wait half an hour and should be fixed. 2 hrs later I call as still no change . This location constantly makes mistakes. I've had so many orders with missed items ( Burger patty not in a burger.) I honestly... won't go back here. It's rare to receive your order the way that you asked for it. Training and better consistency is what thisplace requires. Read more
Ordered a new chicken sandwich meal. Waited 18 minutes for the meal. Got home and the chicken was as dark as a regular hamburger... patty. Not impressed at all. Called and spoke with a manager about it and she said that they would remake the order. My wiferan back to the store and there was no food ready. Writing this review because of two messed up drinks in just a week, aswell quality of drinks at this location has been... inconsistent as of this last month.
