I am a student that goes to school in Chilliwack however my girlfriend goes to school in Kamloops and I have a lot of subway... gift cards so every time I come to Visit I stop by subway. There are a lot of subways in Kamloops I?ve been to all of them Ivehad mostly average experience with some of the worst experiences at subway in Kamloops however this subway in the food courtwhich I've visited four times now has the best customer service and well trained staff of all the subways they are always niceto the customers and the manager is very patient with trainees which I think reflects in the quality of service. I was at Subway yesterday June 21, 2021. Around lunch hour. I had the the best Sandwich Artist ever. I seen this guy, make a... sandwich, acknowledge the next person, clean the station, throw his gloves, wash his hand and could see the smile in his eyes. Great job Subway. Incredibly rude employees who cannot communicate in either of our national languages. The employees ?Dimple? and ?Amal? had no... concept of customer service and overcharged on child?s menu items. $10 for a grilled cheese of 6 inches of bread and 2 pieces ofcheese and a water. Employees were argumentative and incredibly rude after trying to discuss the price that is always $5 everyother subway. Location was dirty and unkempt.
