This was an absolute joke. Ordered a pizza for delivery. 21 min later I was called back informing me that they don?t deliver to... sun rivers. After asking why it took 21 min to call me and inform me when they told me it will be delivered in 20-30 min he saidagain he can?t deliver it. Asked to speak to the manager and Saminder Singh informed me that in fact he was the manager. He thensaid ? well what do you expect I do? after mentioning that maybe training staff to inform customers of what areas they do anddon?t deliver too would be a start, he promptly hung up on me. Pizza Hut as a franchise should be absolutely ashamed to havethis individual as the leader/manager of their Columbia shopping centre location, and can only imagine the negative example ofcustomer service he is instilling on any new and/or current staff. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered a pizza for pickup, when I got there all the doors were locked. then about an... hr later when I was at home they called me and asked when I was going to pick up the pizza, after I explained what happened theyjust asked me to drive down again and pick up cold pizza.
