We came here for dinner on our 5th anniversary. Amazing experience, we both enjoyed it immensely. The food was fantastic and... inventive. This is an incredible restaurant. The dishes have a minimalist charm and have exceptional attention to detail. I won't go into... specifics about each dish since the restaurant does not reveal the (ever-changing) menu beforehand. The service is alsoexcellent and the price (all-in btw, tip is included) is quite reasonable given the quality of the food and overallexperience. Excellent experience at The Restaurant at PM. Most, if not all, of the ingredients used were local. Dishes were unique, well... balanced, and not overly heavy as some tasting menus tend to be. The menu focused more on vegetables and seafood, although therewas one aged beef dish on our evening. I am no enophile, but wine pairings complimented the dishes well. Overall, the food wasphenomenal, menu well planned, and at $75, is a steal. The building itself is minimalistic and spacious, with tables arrangedvery comfortably.
