We ordered the pork belly appetiser, salmon and tenderloin as main and one bottle of red wine. The outer layer of the salmon was... crispy, nicely cooked, could be a little juicer. Ordered bison short rib for dinner. Wonderful and tender. So much flavour and falls right off the giant bone. Comes with veggies... and sweet potato fries.
