Nice newer clean location. As expected for Tim Hortons. Just ordered coffee never had the food so can't comment about that.... Coffee was good but can only give service three stars because it was a bit slow and seemed under staffed. Not to any fault ofthe employees because they were working hard and doing the best it could. This Tim Hortons location is right in the middle of Jasper. The food was really tasty, and the restaurant nice and clean.
The food and ambiance of the establishment was good. However, I wish I could say the same about the customer service. The... staff?s interpersonal skills were horrible; kept rushing us, cutting us off and condescending with their attitude. I am awarethat it was rush hour, but that doesn?t mean you need to be rude. It doesn?t take a lot to be polite and kind. I hope they takethis review as positive criticism and better their hospitality skills. Read more
Great location, the staff are all amazing and patient (considering how busy it gets during peak season!) The quality of the food... and drinks is also amazing. We came from the GTA but this is one of the best locations I've been to over the years. Read more
