Review update: I try to be fair with all of my reviews. I have decided to change my rating from two stars to 4. My last... experiences here have been very positive. The new young staff is courteous and respectful. I know how hard it is to work in theservice industry and they are excelling. I had a lovely experience last time. You can tell they?re new, but they were kind andworking together to make sure things were accurate. Great teamwork. This used to be an excellent Tim Hortons with amazing teammembers. Although there are still some great workers, I?m afraid new hires are ruining it. When you have what appears to beteenagers standing around chatting while there?s a huge lineup and then rolling there eyes when you call them out, it makes youwant to support someone else. I went to this location for a night snack. The worker blatantly told me there is no food until 11am. This is the first I've... heard this and everyone knows there is breakfast available in the morning way before 11am. Puzzled and confused, I asked ifanything at all was available to eat, she said no. When I exited the drive thru and walked in the location, the baked goods wereall fully stocked up with muffins, donuts etc. I left. I would like to share my negative experience at this location. On December 2nd, 2022 at around 3:55PM I got in line for the... drive thru. I waited in line for about 15min until I got to the window, and was told to wait outside for an additional 10minwhile they ?make more chicken? for my loaded bowl. After waiting outside for 15min I still did not receive my order. I wentinside the store to complain to the manager and only received my food at 4:25PM. In total I waited 30 minutes until I receivedmy meal. By the time I received my food it was cold. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location andhope they fix their wait times soon as this is the only location close to home. Read more
