I have been a long time resident and I try and support local.. What is going My food has been cold and soggy fries the last few... times.. I even made a point of asking for hot fries when I ordered. Yup and when I picked up I asked again and yup.. well myquarter pounder burger was cold and so were my fries.. I have stopped here when traveling 4 or 5 times in the last year. I am not sure why but this place always has the worst tasting... McDonalds food I have ever had. The fries and nuggets taste like they were old or cooked in bad oil or something. I am not surewhy but we give up, wont ever stop at this one to eat again. Its a shame as its in a convenient spot. Worst McDonald's ever. Only 1 person ahead of you and they make you wait 20 min for 1 sandwich. The guy ahead had 1 coffee. ... Thought it couldn't get worse but it did on my next visit. Had a young kid getting orders together who had no clue what he wasdoing. Had to go back 3 times for missing items. No napkins in the bag. Was a dine in order and they just crammed everythinginto bags. Alot of other customers seemed to be having the same experience with incomplete orders. Nobody was helping out thiskid who has no idea what he's doing. Unfortunately I've had a few really bad experiences with this staff member who justdoesn't know what he's doing - I blame management who should know better then to leave this kid by himself to handle all theorders when he obviously can't do the job and they can see it when orders are piling up - order slips are getting lost. Thisplace is a chaotic mess most of the time. Adding on another bad review....it just keeps pulling up. I ordered a mcdouble nopickle and I got a mcdouble covered in mac sauce and lettuce. I waited 10 min for anyone even to acknowledge the fact I wascoming up to get a replacement for a wrong burger. I seriously don't know how this place can get worse but it does.....all thetime.....Despite all the wrong burgers and horrible experiences I only come back because my young child loves McDonald's despiteall the really bad times. Went inside to pick up my mobile order, and stood there for 15 minutes before our order was acknowledged (by a kid who was on... his break) he then started directing his manager get who didn?t seem to care, we have dealt with this guy before and he has beennothing but fantastic and if it weren?t for him I?m sure we?d still be there. However we did have to remind them of a fewmissing items. Overall pretty disappointed in the service tonight. Read more
