Ordered online as I wasn't feeling great. The order was paid for and said it'd be ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. I went to... the store in twenty to pick order up and the employee let me know they're busy and haven't gotten to the order yet. They askedfor another 15 minutes. I drove around sick with 3 small children who were hungry and tired, till the 15 minutes was up. I wentback into the store and realized I needed to wait in line if I was ever going to be fed...now that my order is paid foralready. 3 people later I was able to explain to the employee that handed me my wraps....that it's extremely important toprioritize online orders so sick people don't have to come into the store.
