Wouldn't serve me 7 mins before closing time! I arrived at the drive thru order window at exactly 9:53pm, I waited for 2 mins... when a lady came on the speaker and told me they were closed. I asked her if they were open until 10 and she said yes, it is 10,I told her it was only 9:55pm and she told me to go to the downtown location because it was open 24 hours. Second day in a row my ice cap hasn?t been full.. almost paying $5 for a drink that?s the least I expect.
Very poorly run location - regularly out of stock of almost half the menu and customer service clearly is not a priority.... Whoever runs their inventory needs to be retrained or replaced. Ordered an iced coffee with less ice, the first of which wasmade incorrectly then I got a 3/4 full cup, when asked why I was told the owner mandated they do not top off drinks made withless ice (no other location does this). So I got my money back and 2 full cups of coffee went into the restaurants sink. Can'tsee how it's cheaper to do that than add 2oz of coffee into a cup and keep a customer haopy. Read more
