Ordered a pizza to go while on the road. Not sure how the order got messed up but I wanted pineapple and even asked my friend... if they liked pineapple in the middle of ordering. No pineapple but when I went back in they very happily gave me a containerof pineapple for my pizza at no extra cost! Highly recommend! Pizza was very good as well! The pizza was very thin and I DID NOT order thin crust. I ordered well done and it was burnt. The pizza crust did not taste... fresh almost like they used a pizza they already had made and added my topping and re cooked it. Read more
First time having pizza nova, they had us on hold for 30 minutes because we messed up our address by one number. We already... placed our order and paid for it, they said we had to repay for our pizza and that they refund our money but we will have towait to see. Ordered 3 Pizzas on Sunday and waited in restaurant to take home to some hungry workers. The order came to approx. $60. When got... home, we broke the seal on the box to find all 3 pizzas were burned badly around the outside of the crust. We called customerservice and were told our experience was partly our fault for not checking them before we left. They refused to remake and toldus they would send us a $10 coupon for future orders. What a slap in the face! I can assure you there are several other pizzarestaurants in Huntsville that will have our family's business before we ever consider this company again.
