Most disgusted prejudice place I have ever been. They don't care about their customer service at all! They talk to their... customers like they are pigs in a pen. The owner defends their horrible services and trash behaviour of their employees! I havebeen to this location only twice and on both occasions I watched the employees disrespect an elderly lady and then experiencedthe trashy treatment myself the second time. I left the first time and refused to give them my money after I seen the way theytreated the elder lady. Needless to say both times I was at this location were horrible experiences I would never recommendanyone to go to this location. Read more

This Tim hortons had been going down hill the past couple years. My orders are always messed up yet being very simple orders.... Some staff members are welcoming and some are not. Coffee taste burnt most of the time Read more
Went to drive-thru, asked for old fashioned glazed - didn't have. Asked for peanut butter cookie - said they had. Also ordered... dark roast coffee. Was TOLD to drive through - no "thank you?. Paid for items and was THEN told no peanut butter cookies. Askedfor refund - employee not happy about that, had to ask another employee to do this. Got refund and was sarcastically told to?have a NICE day!" Dark roast coffee was very weak and watery - like the grounds had been used a second time to make anotherpot.
