Wendy's burger and chicken don't have much flavour unfortunately. Otherwise everything else was good. They have a fairly... complicated pop dispensing machine there and you had to serve yourself. Read more
155 Howland Drive, Huntsville, Ontario location specific. DO NOT EAT HERE! There was something suspicious from the moment we... turned into the parking lot?in hindsight, we should have looked for an alternate restaurant to custom. 1. The parking lotsurrounding area has been torn up for over 3 years. Incredibly bumpy and full of potholes. 2. The dining room is closed.Apparently it has been closed for almost a two month [could be longer] ? as confirmed by my nephew, who stopped at this locationin August and had a similar experience. 3. The confirmation and total did not appear on the order screen? the price wasextremely high for the two [2] of us.?over $40 4. The first drive-thru window was covered and a sign was taped to it, statingthey are hiring. 5. The staff at the window were miserable, unfriendly and not of the usual Wendy's standard we haveexperienced. AND this is the MOST IMPORTANT 6. The food was strangely off?edible but not to Wendy's standards...we we right inthis observation. My husband and I are sick, this ruined our family Thanksgiving. We stopped at the Huntsville location onSaturday, October 8, 2022 in the afternoon. This is unacceptable quality, unacceptable service, in my opinion corporate needs totake this prime location back before others experience what we have experienced. We will be contacting the corporate office, themunicipality, and the town of of Huntsville regarding this incident. This is our opinion and experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THISLOCATION ANYMORE. This was our go to stop on our way to South Western Ontario. We have survived the pandemic and were taken outby a subpar fast food restaurant for 3 days. UNACCEPTABLE! Read more
I struggle with giving this place a review to be honest. There food lately has been sub-par. There is always new staff being... trained which is understandable but since the dining room is closed it makes the drive thru line up dreadfully long. I think forme though the reason I am giving 2 stars is the condition of the parking lot entrance. Its been like 6 years or more and theentrance way always has massive pot holes or been torn up. The dining room seems to be closed to the public often. ????. Alsothe price increases. Wendy's in general are expensive. Read more
I have to say I was very impressed and pleased with this Wendy?s. The dining room was closed (staff shortages I believe) but we... were towing our travel trailer so the drive thru was not gonna work. The ladies at the window allowed us to walk up and order.The food came quickly and was so hot and so fresh. It was great. Thanks very much!!! Read more

Had a spicy chicken sandwich combo on Nov 14th. Became sick to my stomach less than an hour after eating here, and then was sick... the following 2 days. Not the first time this happens from this Wendy's, definitely believe it was food poisoning. Won't beeating here again. A shame because Wendy's food is so tasty! Read more
