Such a wonderful family-owned and operated restaurant! The place is always very busy which is a good sign and indicator of the... delicious home cooked food they offer. If you are in Hope, this is a must-try. Don?t bother with the other restaurants, as they are usually ?western? Asian food. Just... stick with Canadian restaurants like Rolly?s when you are in the interior of BC. Great portions, friendly service. We orderedthe steak and spaghetti (one dish) and we could not finish. Their steak is juicy, and the spaghetti meat sauce was phenomenal.Most other restaurants pasta sauce is usually too salty, but Rolly?s does it just right.
