Wanted not to give only 2 stars for this store but today had very unsatisfied experience with showers Nothing against the... cleanliness of showers and store But had to wait for more then 40 minutes for a shower When I reserved a shower I was number 3in waiting Waiting gueats number keeps getting higher but no shower was given to anyone When I enquired after about 40 minutesof wait at counter all of sudden all guests got shower allotted altogether I couldn't see a single person coming out ofshowers And in the shower the cleaning was done but no one could suggest if the shower was recently cleaned as it was all dry asif done quite a time ago So in all I could guess that the person incharge was either lazy or just ignored the customers waitingfor a shower Other then this the store is super clean have good normal flying j stuff on the food counters I hope someone willlook into this issue as we drivers don't have that much of time to be wasted for someone not wanting yo do his or her jobseriously Read more
if i could give minus 5 star rating i would bouse of two workers in there tonight were so rude and sarcastic when they asked... me why i was in a bad mood havin to wait an hour and half for shower after driving 13 hours y not impressed !! and thereresponse was if i didnt like it dont come back ...so ok i wont spend 40 k in fuel every year that i do at the pilots and flyinjs .i have other fuel options and i will use them never again will i stop at the pilots /fjs. actually i will be chopping up mycard bye bye !! Came here after my bodybuilding show in Kamloops and we need to make a pit stop . Super cool and big gas station . It was... getting late but I need a warm drink and I asked the staff if I could get her some decaf coffee . One of the staff memberskindly made some fresh for me . They have a lot of options for food and drinks. Certainly the coolest station I been too, Mademy day. Read more
