My first time here, I was underwhelmed by my food. A year later, I popped in again for takeout, and was wowed by the... deliciousness of my order! Ranchers is the kind of place you would see in a movie diner. The food all looks extremely presentable the service is very good,... the decor is kind of unique it's this modern chic look... But the food is just awesome. I don't really stray away from theburgers when I order at ranchers just because they're that good. I've had their buffet a few times and it's pretty good thepizza is all right they're cheese breads are really good though. But honestly I just recommend grabbing their burgers they'reamazingly good fresh breads good fries it's the kind of burger you'd see on TV just absolutely great. My favorites the backyardbarbecue with no mushrooms on it but if you like mushrooms it comes in a massive pile, which I've had to pick off a few timesafter forgetting not to order them haha. The prices are extremely competitive for the quality of meal that you get. It's reallynot what you'd expect to be attached to a gas station it's a full out restaurant with just amazing burgers. Came here for dinner with some friends while on a trip to Jasper. The server (Colleen I believe was her name) was very friendly... and the food was AMAZING! They had some of the best restaurant mashed potatoes I've had in a long time. Everyone in my partyenjoyed their food and we ordered quite the variety of different items. The only reason they lose one star is because we waiteda long time for our food. They were busy, which is understandable, although it's still a bit frustrating to wait that long.Overall, I highly recommend this place and definitely will return if I am staying in Hinton. Read more
