Worst food I have ever received from a Tim's and it can be spotty at best wherever you go. (Edson) A simple grilled cheese and... when I opened it the cheese was still uncooked. I'm sure it dosen't take a rocket science to figure that one out. Read more

I bought a small black coffee via drive-thru this morning. As I was receiving my coffee at the window, I saw two employees in... the back speaking what I think was Tagalog. One of them gave me an odd smirk and a head nod. I didn't think much of it. On aboutmy 5th sip, I noticed a slimy consistency in my mouth. I spat it out to find someone else's luegy. Absolutely disgusting. Icannot say for certain it was those employees as I don't speak Tagalog, but someone spit in my coffee. I used to be a regularcustomer, but will no longer be visiting the Tim Hortons in Valemount, Jasper, Hinton, and Edson as I believe they are owned bythe same people. Read more
came here from ontario as i was visiting banff and jasper. food slapped! (was great). got three of the new chicken burrito bowls... or whatever they call it. staff was great. cinnamon bun also was good. havnt had one in a while. one of the better Tims ive beenat for sure. Read more
