I was very disappointed. I got only a spoonful of garlic mashed potatoes, the carrots weren’t cooked and broke my husband‘s... tooth, the fish was mush inside, and there was rotten lettuce in my Caesar salad. I will not be ordering from here or going hereever again. Read more
My wife and I went to have lunch Monday around 12:30 or so, waited at the front for 5 minutes to be seated but nobody came over... to seat us. So we eventually started walking around looking for someone to let them know, and we couldn’t find anyone willingto help. Finally we were walking out the door and a table with around 3 people told us that the service has been slow. So weleft. I called while we were standing at the front door just so to see if they could help us, finally a women answered and Itold her we were waiting to be seated, she said, oh ya, sorry, we just had a conference show up.. I said okay.. she said, yathat’s all I really have to say.. So I hung up. That was the first time I’ve ever been to a mr mikes. My wife was the onethat said we should go. Avoid. What is with restaurants that think they can overcharge and under deliver? Ordered (once someone actually served us)... 100$+ of food for our anniversary and steaks came over cooked, onion rings tasted like they came off a dirty food truck. Havebeen to other Mr. Mikes before and they have been good, but I'll never come back to this one. #rippedoff Response to Mikebelow: I'm not really inclined to take a chance and roll the dice by spending more $ to see if we get bad service a second time,but thanks for the "offer?". Went there for a bday dinner last night. Service by Jessica was amazing. She was super helpful and friendly and attentive, one... of the best servers I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food was reallydeliciousness, although the portion of my meal was a bit small. The steaks were so tasty and cooked perfectly. No need to go tothe city for the Keg, as this food was very comparable. Prices fairly reasonable too although a bit on the high side. Butoverall, a wonderful experience. Read more
