This Tim Horton?s has always given me the worst customer service. There are a few senior employees working there who gets... annoyed at everything. I asked them to heat up my pastry and this was the reply ? Oh my god seriously? ? and gave me a veryannoyed face. The store wasn?t busy at all. longest line and wait for a coffee in all of Canada in the busiest mall in a major city, Management really needs to address the... under staffing issue, maybe they think they are saving money? but trust me you are losing. I've watched countless people justabandon the line and walk off after waiting 15 mins or more with just one person on cash is ridiculous, i now go to second cupup stairs a little more pricey but time is valuable and this Tims management obviously does not value it's patrons or their timeor even their own staff for that matter.
