I had visisted this location today and had worst customer service experince by a staff Named Akshay(jay) He was very rude and... making wierd sounds like he is fed up while taking order Than upon reaching on window he started fighting and tried to make mefeel wrong quotting? you dont know what you are ordering? Arrived in Drive-thru at 3pm on a Wednesday: 1 - Did not have product in stock. Can't leave drive-thru, so made an alternative... order. 2 - Wait time of 11 minutes in drive-thru. 3 - Was given wrong order. 4- The incorrect order was cold. Straight totrash. I come here a lot on my way to work. Its mostly for drive thrus but you can also go inside and order, though there's no seating... indoors. it isn't an express location so it has the full menu. I just wish they would offer some nondairy alternatives since somany people including myself have dairy issues. The service here is always very fast and friendly. Read more
