The unfortunate about ordering for delivery is you never get to see the restaurant inside. Well, I did last night at the... Quinpool location. Absolutely disgusting. Floors look like the haven t been properly cleaned in a long time. Splatters over thewalls, front desk was gross. Workers not wearing hair nets. Handling cash and then orders. Terrible customer service at this location, they just don't care about your order or small instructions you give them, always... mess something up. I have never seen this careless and casual behavior in service industry. This location is very terriblymanaged and I am not sure how they are still in business. Surprisingly really good pizza, easy to order online, picked up within 15 minutes hot and ready. My only complaint would be the... total lack of customer service. Not a single person spoke to me while there. And there was a delivery driver wandering aroundthe kitchen with no hairnet and no mask on and had his hands all over the dishes. Yuck! Read more
