Came here regularly since it?s on my way to work. Five out of seven times drive thru worker failed to ring order correctly.... Tried mobile order and still received wrong food several times. Screen via drive thru does not work sometime for me to check onmy order. My first job was in the fast food industry and I understand the pain as an employee. However, if your team is thatbad at following a SOP, I suggest to hire better people. These people are not your best choices. Read more
Pathetic stuff if that. Their hours listed are either wrong or the morning people cant tell time. Been there 3 times in the last... month and a half at 5am, 5:10 and even 5:30 with nobody to be found! You ask for a double quarter pounder and you'll get asingle. I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast - paid at the first window $8.95 for two breakfast combos which I thought... was weird. Went up to the second window and they said my payment declined. This time they said $14.74 and the payment wentthrough. I checked my account and they charged me twice. So I went inside to rectify the situation. I was completely ignored for15 minutes until I grabbed the attention of the one of the workers to explain the situation. They treated me like a liar and wasincredibly rude to me and did not reimburse at all. A woman who I assume to be the manager told me to come back Monday and I waslike "Are you serious? Ans she just goes "Yes" and walks away and disappears in the back and just leaves me standing there.These staff are ungodly disrespectful. I will never return.
