The drive through is ridiculously slow. It seems like the server is taking only one cars order and the cook, cooks just that... order instead of taking multiple orders at a time and having the cook flip more then one burger. It took around 15 mins to getthrough 2-3 cars. When you get to the order box sometimes it takes 2-3 mins to even tell the server your order. On top of thatI can?t recall ever having a whopper that?s actually hot. I?ve been going to this location since the 90s and lately the priceshave gone up and the service has gone down. The workers were more interested in their cell phone than the customer...the employee took my order and almost missed my hand... with my change looking at his cell phone. All the employees had on gloves but was using them for everything ...handling moneyand touching food. Not very great service. Read more
If I could put 0 I would!! I was in there long enough to eat food and experienced the worst customer service ever! Some lady was... ordering and this ?boss? came over and started to talk to the employee in the middle of ordering and then when the lady spoke onit he decided he was going to fight with her in front of other customers basically saying he can do whatever he wants and she?sin the wrong which she definitely wasn?t!!!! Then the whole staff were yelling and talking and laughing in different language.Then someone received a phone call from their cell phone and had the lady on speaker phone for all the restaurant to hear. Why do you call yourself a 24/7 open restaurant when if ordering/taking out at 3 am, the only reply I get is ?WE ARE OUT OF... EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE BURGERS AND COFFEE?.
