My wife and I go here daily and have recently stopped. Constantly have to repeat your order, correct the cashier's behind the... counter (even when it's not busy). The manager blames it on new hires but it's listening that is the issue. Today for instance,I ordered a donut and french vanilla cappuccino, I got a donut and a hot chocolate. It was too busy to go back in and I neededto setup for work. The other day was the first day that I experienced first class customer service and I don't even remembertheir name, but he was super pleasant, took the order and confirmed we had everything!! Go to this Tim Hortons almost every day for the past 2 years. Either never have products or need to double check, all the time.... Also not sure if they have trouble understanding through the mic, but they never seem to hear since the order always has to getrepeated multiple times. Absolutely the worst tims in the city. 30+ minute wait in line with no one past the the order station. After that wait I was met... with a 10 minute wait at the window at witch point I was given the wrong order twice once I was finnaly given the correct orderI found a burnt and dried out wrap that wasn't even fit for a dog too consume.
