First time trying this Starbucks and they made my Strawberry Açaí with way too much strawberry flavoring. The drink was a... dark pinkish/red instead of a light pink color. It was so gross. I'd recommend going to the Starbucks on Spring Garden. I'venever had any issues there. Read more

this starbucks is in the same building as all my classes so i go practically all the time. since it?s not an actual franchise... location you can?t get stars on your orders nor can you preorder (bane of my existence). the staff are SO kind and lovely andthat is whats making up the bulk of my 3/5 star review: your staff deserve better because you can tell that the organization atthis store is atrocious. the drinks are consistently made differently every time you order. staff seems to rotate constantly.this location does not have the cup stickers that print out with the drink info on them, so they still are writing drinkinformation on the cups. i?ve witnessed this to be a huge sign of confusion for the staff on multiple occasions since i don?tbelieve they?re using the same abbreviations to describe the drinks. there also seems to be a lot of back and forth between thebaristas making the drinks when they get more complicated orders. all of this in combination indicates a lack of training, and idon?t reflect it on the staff. they just don?t have the tools to be able to do their job at their best ability. constantly,constantly (CONSTANTLY) out of food items. i understand this is a busy location but if you?re constantly running out of all fooditems? maybe thats a sign that you should keep a larger stock on hand to prevent shortages. management : do better Read more
