As a super-busy professional family - we are HUGE fans of Saute, regularly ordering soups and frozen meals. The Malay Chicken... Curry is our definite fave of the frozen foods. And the soups have, without doubt, made my work lunch preparation infinitelyeasier - I just pop a frozen soup into the fridge the night before and throw it in my lunch bag for work the next morning - andALL of the soup varieties are delicious! I am a personal trainer and although I always stress the importance of good nutrition and meal prep, life gets busy and its easy... to put your nutrition on the back burner. Saute is the perfect solution for anyone that is looking for a healthy meal on the goor who doesn't have time to meal prep. I order the frozen meal line and what I love most about it is that I no longer wastefood. Too many times I would prepare food and it would spoil before I had the chance to eat it all. Saute meals get deliveredfrozen, right to your door and all you have to do is pop it out of the freezer when you are ready to eat it and warm it up inthe microwave or oven. My job often requires long hours and weekends. I often do not have time to make meals and/or grocery shop. Sauté provides... me with the opportunity to have healthy meals at a reasonable price so I don't have to eat every meal out! In addition thequality and taste of the meals are fantastic. Some of my absolute favourites are the burrito bowl, lemon chicken and the stews! The Smoothies are great too (I just add my own protein and they are perfect for a snack or for a meal). Sauté just startedmaking soup as well which I am very excited about.
