honestly if you like good service don't go here. As someone who prefers pita pit to other fast food places, I'm usually a big... proponent of going here, but I felt pushed through and rushed when I went to this location. There was hardly anyone in the storeand it was clear that they were not busy and now I see why. I placed the first part of my order and then had my order charged tocard, I had planned to pay cash, as soon as it went through to my side of the card reader the gentleman who was serving meturned his back and walked away, when I was in fact not finished ordering and so I canceled the transaction. I should havewalked out then and there but I didn't. his first response after I had canceled the transaction was, "oh your card declined" so clearly he was making assumptions. I went to use the bathroom only to find it locked and unavailable for me to use. assomeone who works in the hospitality industry I don't take tipping lightly in this case they got the tip they deserved, whichwas nothing. because that was the level of service that I recieved. The staff was friendly and prompt, the wrap was made super well. The overall cleanliness of the store was very poor. I also... made the mistake of using the washroom in the restaurant. It was horrifying. The floor was sticky, room smelt of urine, notoilet paper and questionable substances on the walls. Yikes! Read more
Pita Pit is always good, but today's visit was extra good. The girl working today was all by herself during a busy lunch rush.... She did a fantastic job balancing making people's food and taking new orders. Did it all well being frie ndly and chill. Shedeserves a big bonus for today's work. Well done! Read more
The staff were lovely and the pita was hot and fresh. Its been about 2 years since Ive had pita pit, but im on a trip in Halifax... and this place just jumped out. A bit too hot inside/no AC but quiet and chill. Still however, staff were A+ and all the veggieoptions looked fresh and fantastic. Read more
