Absolutely awful, the workers there just didn?t care, they also were almost out of every food item at 1:30 pm, ordered multiple... things I didn?t receive. Literally the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to, I?d rather McDonald?s coffee then deal with thisgarbage service. Shouldn?t have workers who don?t care about their job. Read more
Some of them have great cx skills but the service has gotten terrible. One day I asked for an egg & cheese on biscuit I only got... an egg no cheese. Another time I asked for chili with whole wheat bread I got white bread. Also location tends to run out ofproducts quite often. How is it possible at barely 11 am there are no more biscuits. The mobile pickup feature has beenunavailable for a month or 2 now. My lunch time is usually after 2 pm so when I go for lunch items they don't have what I want(wedges, enough to fill a burrito bowl, etc.) Also seems like they have trouble finding labor because they close early often(used to be 5 pm, now it's between 3ish/4). This location is very convenient for me as it's just next to work, but I have beengoing less and less because of the service. Read more
my wraps were good as they weren?t made by the people i am complaining about. my iced capp was very dark, barley blended and... honestly tasted like dirt. she gave me tea instead of a coffee, was talking to another girl gossiping the whole time she wasmaking my order and was very cranky while i was ordering, kept talking to same girl she?d been talking to my whole order makingit take a lot longer to order Read more
I would just like to say the food was good, no complaints; rather the manager was being rather rude to the other employees... snickering at a young gentleman for forgetting to give us items on our big order. I hope that young man doesn?t feel bad becausewe all make mistakes. Read more
