Normally it would be 4-5 stars, but on this occasion a wanted item from the takeout/delivery menu was not available without... stating as to WHY it was not available even when inquired about. Not only that, the item ordered in its place, it was asked tomake it spicy as was stated in the 'notes' section for online order. It was definitely NOT spicy. Read more
One of the worst tasting and over expensive sandwich we have ever had. First of all their manu lake transparency which does not... give any idea about ingredients. We ordered veggie burger which came with bacon on the patty. Few things that we did not likewere: Unlike other restaurants they did not offer water. Did not offer spoon, fork or napkin with our meals. Any restaurantwould normally offer such things when guests takes their seats. I don?t mind asking but for the price we paid we expect thequality of service and food. We?ve some wonderful burgers in similar price at Milstone. I will Read more

Terrible service. They will not take online coupons. All other locations Take them. Staff and manager argumentative. 4 staff... plus manager came over to argue. The owner of this location is refusing the coupons. He does not want the business. Somepeople do not receive the flyers or mailers with coupons.
