I cannot recommend this Starbucks at all. Today I went to this location 3:50pm I waited about half an hour and didn't get my... drink until 4:26pm. No one was checking on my order even I went and asked them twice. They kept saying' Just wait it will beready soon. We got so many mobile orders. ' But I could see many people get their drinks a few minutes later. Even the guy whocame in 30 minutes later than me! I was so upset because no one apologized about my time wasted for over half an hour. The ladywho took my order just asked me to get refund. Another staff offered me to get the drink at the pick-up table which left therefor more than 30 minutes even with some other person's name on. I think they have no training of basic professionalism. Whenthey made a mistake, shouldn't they apologize customers about the inconvenience at least? Read more
