Ordered dinner for my family through the Mary Browns app as I usually do. I was able to track the delivery driver and was... waiting for them. The app said arrived then quickly changed to delivered. Food never arrived. Tried contacting restaurant andthey offered no solution. I was told a manager would call me back but nobody did. It?s unfortunate because I like ordering fromhere but due to the poor customer service I won?t be ordering from them again. Filed a dispute with my credit card so hopefullyI?ll get my money back.
