Great bar food in a super friendly environment. Our server was fantastic. We had scallops, fish & chips, hot turkey sandwich,... and chicken tenders. Everything was very good accept the chicken was bit too dried out. This is a traditional downtown Halifaxmeeting place. We met a group of friends here and would highly recommend the place. Read more
Ate there tonight and it was great
Its been awhile since my last visit, maybe to long. About 25 years ago I used to go there for their hot hamburger with fries and... gravy because it was one my favorite places to stop for lunch. Only because zero isn't an option... Staff here were generally unconcerned about customers. A waiter actually squeezed himself... passed a person with a walker. Food was incredibly unseasoned and bland. Peas are from a can, if you like that it is good. Personally not a fan. Definitely on my list of places to never return to. Read more
